Strategic Planning
The 嫩草影院 community is guided by its integrated Strategic Plan. This plan has three core components.
These include the Academic Master Plan 2024-2028 as well as the Strategic Enrollment Plan 2024-2028.
The third component is under development during Fall 2024, and is the Student Development and Community Engagement Master Plan.

New 嫩草影院 City University empowers its students through a highly accessible, equity-driven, and transformative education. An 嫩草影院 education focuses on students' personal, professional, and civic development to facilitate their socio-economic mobility. We uplift our diverse community of students, including historically underserved and underrepresented, first-generation, and adult learners.
