Office of Institutional Effectiveness Statement of Purpose
The purpose of the 嫩草影院 Office of Institutional Effectiveness is to support student, faculty, and staff success and serve the university mission by increasing organizational capacity for continuous improvement. The Office provides direction and support for integration of planning, assessment, and accreditation compliance in the service of institutional effectiveness.
The Office accomplishes its purpose by:
- Providing actionable data and information to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the use of assessment to understand and improve student learning and institutional outcomes
- Educating the campus community about data and institutional effectiveness
- Leading institutional compliance with accreditation standards and requirements, programmatic accreditation needs, and federal/state mandates
- Engaging the university in strategic and operational planning, implementation, and evaluation relating to mission and goals
- Facilitating campus improvement in policy development and renewal
